MEN NEED OTHER MEN

Have you noticed that men who have a moral failure or have to step out of a leadership role often admit it was because they did not have other men to hold them accountable or to encourage them towards a better decision? We live in a culture where men are being taught that they are supposed to be indifferent and isolated – not worrying about anyone other than their own selves. But whether we want to admit it or not, the decisions we make on a daily basis affect the generations coming behind us, even if we don’t have children or grandchildren of our own. There is always a ripple effect to how we live.

Did you know that only 5% of Christian men say they have a best friend? The enemy has convinced men that they are to do life alone, by themselves. Scripture makes it clear that we need to surround ourselves with warriors to help fight this battle.
